Playful Pathways currently offers digital educational resources and services. No physical products are shipped unless specifically stated in a product listing.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically following successful payment. Customers will receive access through a download link on the order confirmation page, by email, or both, depending on the product.

Digital resources are generally available immediately after purchase. Some products may have download limits or specific access conditions, which will be communicated at purchase.

Consultations and Services

Consultations, workshops, and other professional services do not require shipping. Scheduling details, access instructions, and any preparation requirements will be provided separately.

Delivery Problems

If you do not receive your download, receive an incorrect file, or experience difficulty accessing a purchase, please contact hello@ourplayfulpathways.org with your order number.

We will work with you to resolve delivery issues or provide an appropriate remedy.

Future Physical Products

If physical products become available, their shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and applicable conditions will be provided before purchase.
